[Concept] Anthro Kasane Kyohaku (Completed)

Left out the belt, since it's unnecessary.  I got permission to use the Ryumus variant by Keoma2121.  Please note that they're a CLOSED My Little Pony species.  Also, the right arm is shown as a cutaway reference.

P.S.: This character has two horns, each with two crests.  A remade OC will have a form similar to this, but will be a dragon instead of a Ryumus due to copyright reasons.
